Dr. Adam Shapiro has perfect pitch and wrote over 300 pieces, many on the spot in one shot! Shapiro has directed many camp musicals as pianist, performed in many talent shows in Brooklyn College, NYU Dental school, Juilliard and community functions. Dr. Shapiro has chosen to tell the story of Esther as a musical because unlike other stories it is about total self-sacrifice. Only Esther, with her beautiful grace and form may be able to become Queen for the most powerful king in the world in order to save the Jewish people from total annihilation.

DIRECTOR/VOCAL ARRANGER

Chapman Roberts is a Broadway veteran of over 50 years as a singer (lead in the Fantastiks), vocal arranger for Smokey Joe’s Cafe with a Grammy. He orchestrated Five Guys Named Moe, and served as special events musical director for President Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan’s Kennedy Center Honors and numerous artists such as Lena Horne, Patti La Belle, Paul Simon.

MUSIC DIRECTOR/ORCHESTRATOR

Tom Spahn has orchestrated for acts such as Eartha Kitt and Art Garfunkel. He won an Emmy award for Sesame Street. Tom is a wonderful studio engineer as well.

ORCHESTRATOR

Steve Margoshes is a veteran orchestrator of many Broadway shows such as Aida, Grease, The Who’s Tommy and Smokey Joe’s Cafe.

ORCHESTRATOR/COPYIST

Ray Naccari was music director for Black Stars of the Great White Way, and has orchestrated for the BBC Orchestra in “Live the Dream” and played keyboard amazingly for the show.
